Gunfight broke out between the terrorists and the security forces in Tral area of south Kashmir's Pulwama district on Thursday.”As the forces approached the suspected spot, the hiding terrorists opened fire, triggering a gunfight,” said an official. Like any other encounter, people gathered at the encounter site as soon as they received the information about it. People assembled at the encounter site resorted to stone-pelting. Therefore, forces had to resort to aerial firing to chase away protesters near bus stand in Tral.
