India’s tough stand and diplomatic pressure forced Pakistan to release Abhinandan

India has consistently put pressure to release Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman unconditionally though the Foreign Minister of Pakistan considering that the captured IAF pilot can be used for bargaining with India. Since Indian incursion was against the terrorists in the territory of Pakistan, it left less scope for Imran Khan to make it an issue of aggression. Even the international pressure was mounting on Imran Khan Government because of consistent diplomatic efforts of India. Three serving chiefs of all wings of the Indian army were going to address the press conference today and it was apprehended by Pakistan that the military action of India could further create big problems for Pakistan. The Indian government had also made it very clear that Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman must return back to India safely otherwise India would take the toughest action against Pakistan.
