   05-Feb-2019

BJP will be holding its first Rath Yatra in Jammu for a month and seek the feedback of the people from two Lok Sabha constituencies. These feedbacks will be used to prepare the party manifesto in upcoming elections. The month-long Rath Yatra would start on 6th February. The Rath would cover a total number of 37 state assembly seats, which come under the Lok Sabha constituencies of Jammu and Udhampur. This chariot would contain suggestion box, wherein the people can drop their suggestions and expectations from BJP. People can also suggest what should be included in the manifesto of the BJP. Apart from it, individual meetings with the people would also be held to know about their expectation form the party. BJP will also reach out to the influential people and their views will also be included in the manifesto. Apart from this State and district level party offices would also get the suggestion box placed outside it, wherein the suggestions could be dropped. Also, miss call and video recording can also be done for this purpose.
