Not just India but Iran may also opt for surgical strike against Pakistan

Though many sickular and Lutyens media considering the action of India against terrorist havens in Pakistan as an act of war but they overlooked the fact that Pakistan is not having cordial relations with any of its neighbor, who have also been the victims of Pakistan supported terrorism and they are also contemplating to take action like India. Iran has warned Pakistan to either take action itself or else Tehran would have to take action.
Pakistan based terrorists killed the Iranian security forces in Pulwama like suicide attack
A day before Pulawma attack, the Pakistan based terrorist group executed a fidayeen attack in Iran, in which 27 personnel of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and 13 others were martyred. The fidayeen attack was executed in a similar manner like Pulwama and an explosive-laden car had rammed into a bus carrying the Iranian security personnel. Jaish ul-Adl is a Pakistan-based terrorist group like the Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Toiba and had claimed responsibility for the IRGC convoy attack. Like India and Afghanistan, Iran too is the victim of Pakistan based terrorism.
Iran issued a stern warning to Pakistan
The commander of the IRGC Quds, General Qassem Soleimani has asked Pakistan to contain terrorism emanating from its soil otherwise Iran would also have to take action against the terrorists. He said “I want to ask Pakistani government, Where they are headed to? You have caused disruption along borders with all your neighbours and do you have any other neighbour left that you want to foment unrest for?” He even mocked the Pakistani Government for being nuclear capable yet unable to control the homegrown terrorism. The top military commander of Tehran has taken a very strong view on the attack and promised "revenge". The chairman of the Iranian parliament’s foreign policy commission Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh warned Pakistan that if Pakistan does control terrorism against Iran, Tehran would not hesitate to enter Pakistan and eliminate the terrorists.
Afghanistan a victim of terrorists supported by Pakistan
Afghanistan has already condemned the Pulwama attack and said the attack is executed in a similar manner as the Pakistan based terrorists’ execute in Afghanistan.
Pakistan has supported and sponsored terrorism and its neighbours have been asking Pakistan to act against terrorists who have been attacking its neigbour. Yet the repeated requests of neigbhours have been falling on deaf ear. The resolute action of India has emboldened the neighbours and Pakistan would face real trouble if does not take any decisive action against terrorists emanating from its soil. Pakistan would face trouble at both eastern and western borders if it fails to act on terrorists flourishing on its soil.
