A Hizbul terrorist Owais Amin, from south Kashmir's Shopian, was arrested by security forces. The terrorist was responsible for the explosion in Banihal at Jammu and Kashmir highway on Saturday. Though he planned to execute Pulwama like suicide attack but at the last moment, he got scared of losing his own life and jumped off the car and escaped to the nearby hamlet. His car exploded but the CRPF personnel went unhurt. The low-intensity blast in the car took place near Jawahar Tunnel when a convoy of the CRPF was passing. Around 10 vehicles were part of the convoy.
