Boat capsizes in Jhelum in J&K's Ganderbal; 4 dead, rescue operation underway

 

In a tragic incident, four people drowned after a boat capsized in the Jhelum river in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday morning.

 

Many others are still missing while four bodies have been recovered so far.

 

The Srinagar Administration has launched a rescue operation in the area. A State Disaster Response Force team was also deployed.
