The Special Task Force (STF) of Ambala has arrested two Pakistani nationals who had escaped from a juvenile home in Jammu, PTI reported on Tuesday.
The arrested men were among three inmates who were lodged at the Juvenile Home in RS Pura, Jammu. The three inmates were identified as Karajeet Singh, a resident of Dablehar, RS Pura, and Mohd Suna-ullah and Ahsan Anwar, both Pakistani nationals.
According to police, the inmates had fled after attacking and injuring two on-duty policemen at the observation home.
Special teams were formed and raids were conducted at various locations to trace the escaped inmates. Acting on this operation, the STF Ambala (Haryana) successfully apprehended the two Pakistani nationals.
