Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday warned Pakistan not to make any mistake on the border. He said that if Pakistan tries to act against India, the response will be strong, unprecedented and decisive.

"Our neighbour, in the current situation, can commit any misadventure. If it does so, India's action will be unprecedented and decisive," said Singh.

Addressing the Veer Sainik Samman in Thiruvananthapuram, the Defence Minister highlighted that following the terrorist incident in Pahalgam, Indian soldiers brought Pakistan to its knees in just 22 minutes during "Operation Sindoor." He declared that Operation Sindoor was India's most significant operation against terrorism in Indian military history to date.

He declared that 'Operation Sindoor' has not yet been concluded. Rajnath Singh made it clear that “Operation Sindoor” is not over yet, indicating that India remains alert and ready for further action if needed.

He further assured that there is no shortage of fuel in the country, and that supplies are stable. To ensure smooth oil movement, Indian Navy ships are escorting Indian tankers safely through the Strait of Hormuz, a key global oil route.

His remarks come amid rising tensions in the Middle East, where recent conflicts have increased global security concerns.
