The pious Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra has crossed the two lakh pilgrim mark in just eight days, reflecting the deep faith of devotees from across the country.
In a post on X, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha wrote, “In a remarkable testament to faith, the holy Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra has crossed the 2 lakh pilgrim mark in just 8 days. With the pilgrimage running smoothly on both the routes, the spiritual celebration is set to welcome a steady arrival of devotees in the coming weeks. Har Har Mahadev!”
The annual Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra began on July 3 and has been progressing peacefully with elaborate security and administrative arrangements. The pilgrimage will conclude on August 28.
