J&K: NIA raids four locations in Anantnag, Kupwara over terror, OGW cases

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday carried out raids at four locations in Jammu Kashmir as part of ongoing investigations into terror-related cases, officials said.

 

 

In Anantnag, NIA teams, accompanied by Jammu Kashmir Police personnel, searched two residential houses in Bijbehara and Dooru.

 

 

In Handwara, NIA teams, assisted by CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police personnel, conducted raids at Khanpura Babagund and Vodhpora . The searches were linked to an ongoing probe into an alleged Over Ground Worker (OGW) network, officials said.

 

 

Further details about the raids and any recoveries are awaited.
