• Started legal career in Delhi and worked under Senior Advocates gaining experience in International Law, Civil, Revenue, Commercial Banking, Property and Corporate matters. Later worked as Associate Lawyer with International Law Firm Juris Consultus. Dealt with matters of corporate giants besides handling International Arbitrations of DoT & Germany.

• Presently, Managing Partner, WPC Lawfirm, Legal Consultant and practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court of India specializing in Real Estate, corporate matters, International law, Commercial Banking, Arbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy. Arguing counsel before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NGT, NCDRC, Arbitration Tribunals and Forums at Delhi.

• Successfully handled a cross section of cases of the Union, State of U.P, NOIDA, DDA, Inter-State Route disputes, Water Disputes, Public Sector, Corporate Houses and private individuals.

• Argued cases involving important national policy decisions, and also have some landmark reported judgements to credit.

• Presently Standing Counsel, State of U.P at the Supreme Court, Special Counsel Delhi Development Authority & Special Task Force – dealing with Environment matters including M.C. Mehta, Standing Counsel, South Delhi Municipal Corporation. Special Senior Counsel, U.P State Road Transport Corporation. Various other Banks & Public Sector Corporations & Authorities.

Other Achievements:
• Former Founder Editor of Law monthly magazine ‘LawZ’. The magazine provides a complete cross sectional view of the legal spectrum including the latest international and national legal happenings, legal education, legal luminaries, landmark cases, and interviews of legal personalities. The focus of the magazine is to educate the layman of their rights and duties.

• Participated in the Parliamentary debate on the Domestic Violence Against Women Bill 2002 and contributed to the Initial CEDAW Report submitted to the Government and all Women Organizations in 2003.

• Presented paper at the Stockholm World Water Week at the ‘Transboundary water issues’ Conference at Stockholm, Sweden, in 2009.

• Active crusader of women issues and their legal remedies. Member of the National Alliance of Women Organisation (NAWO), an umbrella organization of women’s groups in India primarily to monitor the Government’s commitments in implementing the Beijing Platform for Action, UN conventions/ Treaties with special focus on CEDAW – Convention on Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women.

• Former Member on the Central Government panel of Complaints Redressal Committee against sexual harassment constituted by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.

• Presented papers on various issues of Public Interest as invited Speaker to various Rotary Fellowships, Rule of Law Society. Contributed a number of published articles on International Law, Corruption, Financial remedies, laws on adoption, etc. Judged competition held by Moot Court Society, Law Centre Delhi University.
