द वायर के झूठ का पर्दाफाश, देशविरोधी कमेंट करने वाले कश्मीरी छात्रों पर कार्रवाई को बनाया कश्मीरियों पर Violence-Harassment की घटनाएं, देखिए और खुद फैसला करिए

पुलवामा आत्मघाती हमले के बाद देश में जबरदस्त रोष था, तो उसी दौरान सोशल मीडिया में देश के कोने-कोने में कुछ कश्मीरी छात्रों ने पुलवामा हमले न सिर्फ जश्न मनाया। बल्कि जैश-ए-मोहम्मद का खुलेआम समर्थन किया। सोशल मीडिया पर इन लोगों ने इनको एक्सपोज़ करने पर कई छात्रों पर पुलिस और उनके एजुकेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ने अनुशासनात्क कार्रवाई की। लेकिन THE WIRE जैसे मीडिया हाउस ने इन आरोपी छात्रों को ही पीड़ित घोषित करने का एक प्रोपगैंडा शुरू किया है। THE WIRE ने 40 घटनाओं का उल्लेख अपनी रिपोर्ट में किया है, जिसमें ज्यादातर उन आरोपी छात्रों की घटनाएं है। जिनपर सोशल मीडिया पर देश विरोधी या फिर जैश के समर्थन में लिखने पर कार्रवाई हुई है। THE WIRE ने इस घटनाओं का जिक्र करते हुए Allegedly शब्द का सलीके से इस्तेमाल ताकि घटनाएं संदेह के दायरे में रहे। उनका सच सामने न आये। लेकिन इस रिपोर्ट में शामिल कथित पीड़ितों की कुछ घटनाओं का सच आपको दिखाते हैं। आप तय करिये कि क्या इन घटनाओं को कश्मीरियों पर Violence-Harassment के दायरे में लाना चाहिए।
1. TheWire- 1. A Kashmiri youth was booked for allegedly posting derogatory remarks on Facebook following the Pulwama attack. A case was registered against Abid Malik under relevant sections of the IPC and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967. The complaint was lodged by Vishwa Hindu Parishad office bearer Girish Bharadwaj.
सच- बंगलुरू में रहकर नौकरी करने वाले कश्मीरी आबिद मलिक फिदायीन आतंकी के पक्ष में स्टेट्स डाला। हमले के बाद जश्न मनाया। इसके बाद बंगलुरू पुलिस ने देशद्रोह की धाराओं में आबिद पर केस दर्ज कर लिया।
2. TheWire- A mob threatened Kashmir girls studying at a university in Dehradun. It assembled outside their hostel and asked them vacate. One of the girls made a fervent appeal: “Please save us from these goons.” She feared that if they would “go outside our rooms we will be attacked as they have surrounded our hostel.”
सच- देहरादून पुलिस और सीआऱपीएफ के जवाब के बावजूद इस झूठ को अभी तक फैलाया जा रहा है। द वायर ने भी किसी छात्रा का नाम या डिटेल्स नहीं दिये बल्कि एक जेनेरिक अफवाह को सच बनाकर पेश कर दिया।
3. TheWire-Three Kashmiri students, pursuing B.Sc. Nursing, were booked in Bengaluru for posting alleged “anti-national and derogatory comments” on social media over Pulwama attack.
सच- पुलिस की रिपोर्ट कहती है एक स्टूडेंट कौशिक देबनाथ ने पुलवामा हमले के बाद इंडियन आर्मी के समर्थन में पोस्ट डाला। जिसके बाद इन कश्मीरी छात्रों ने न सिर्फ फेसबुक पर देश विरोधी कमेंट किये। बल्कि कॉलेज मेस में देबनाथ के साथ हाथापाई भी की। जिसके बाद प्रिंसिपल के कहने पर पुलिस बुलाई गयी और इन आरोपी छात्रों पर केस दर्ज हुआ। अब द वायर इन्हीं को पीडित घोषित करने में लगा है।

4. TheWire- The fellowship of two Kashmiri girls was cancelled and action was initiated against a third by the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) for allegedly posting adverse remarks against the Indian Army on a WhatsApp group in which other students were also members.
सच- आरोपी कश्मीरी छात्राओं ने व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप पर कईं मैसेज डाले। पब्लिक फोरम पर ऐसा करने के बाद शिकायत मिलने पर इन्टीट्यूट को ऐसे मामलों में अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार है। छात्राओं के खिलाफ सबूत मिलने पर ही अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की गयी है।
5. TheWire- A farmers’ outfit in Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Prakesh warned a sugar mill of “dire consequences” if it would not ‘throw out’ Kashmiri workers. A day earlier right wing groups similarly threatened Mansoorpur Sugar Mill management to “throw out Kashmiri workers.”
सच- सोशल मीडिया पर किसी संगठन में ने कथित धमकी दी। लेकिन इस मामले में कोई दुर्घटना नहीं हुई। कोई पीड़ित नहीं है। कोई मार-पिटाई नहीं हुई। जब किसी के साथ कोई घटना हुई नहीं तो इसको कश्मीरी के खिलाफ हिंसा कैसे कह सकते हैं। सिर्फ कुछ कथित बयान के चलते..।
6. TheWire- A Kashmiri student was also suspended for allegedly posting an ‘anti-national’ comment over Pulwama attack on social media by IIMT College of Engineering, Greater Noida. College chief proctor also urged area senior superintendent of police to take “exemplary and strict action” against the “culprit”.
सच- allegedly.. !! नीचे देखिए ये हैं आरोपी छात्र के कमेंट पढ़िए। क्या आपको लगता है कि ये छात्र पीड़ित है। क्या उस पर अनुशासनात्क कार्रवाई नहीं होनी चाहिए।
7.The Wire- A fourth semester student of radio imaging technology at SGT University of Gurgaon, Delhi was rusticated for her social media post over the Pulwama attack. A university official said action was taken against her following a complaint.
सच- नीचे पूरी घटना के बाद हिंदूस्तान टाइम्स की रिपोर्ट है कि क्यों आरोपी छात्रा पर कार्रवाई की गयी। फिर आप खुद फैसला करिये।
8. The Wire- A student of Aligarh Muslim University was booked in a criminal case and suspended by the university over a tweet. Basim Hilal, a mathematics student, had allegedly tweeted, “How’s the Jaish? Great Sir.”
सच- allegedly शब्द का शानदार इस्तेमाल करते हुए द वायर। नीचे वो पोस्ट दी गयी है। जिसको लेकर कार्रवाई हुई है। आप खुद तय करें..।
9. The Wire- Four girl students from Kashmir were suspended by NIMS University in Rajasthan for allegedly raising anti-national slogans and celebrating the Pulwama attack.
सच- उपरोक्त पीड़िताओं ने पुलवामा हमले के बाद Outrage करने वाले भारतीय को कुछ यूं जवाब दिया। जश्न के अंदाज में...। क्या ये भावनाएं भड़काने का गंभीर मामला नहीं है। लिहाजा क्या कार्रवाई सहीं नहीं हुई है।
10. The Wire- Attacks on Kashmiri students triggered a mass exodus. By February 18, about 300 Kashmiri students had reached Mohali from Uttarakhand and Haryana on their way to their homes. While 280 of these students came from Dehradun, about 30 reached from Ambala in Haryana. Many students also moved towards Jammu en-route the Kashmir Valley.
सच- इस प्वाइंट में Specific Reason है अफवाह। जिसके बाद देशभर में कश्मीरी छात्रों पर हमले की अफवाह के बाद सैंकड़ों छात्रों ने अपने घर जाना बेहतर समझा। लेकिन इसे मास एक्सोड्स की तरह दिखाना एकदम खतरनाक है। जैसा कि द वायर इस रिपोर्ट के जरिये भी अभी अफवाह ही फैला रहा है।
11. The Wire- A Kashmiri student was held in Himachal Pradesh for “glorifying” the suicide bomber. A second year student of Chitkara University, Tahseen Gul had allegedly put up a picture of Dar as his Whatsapp profile photo with words — “Allah Talah aap ki shahadat kabool kare (May Allah accept your martydom)” — as his status.
सच- यहां द वायर खुद कथित पीड़िता की सच्चाई बयां कर रहा है। हैरत नहीं कि द वायर को कथित पीड़िता के स्टेट्स में कुछ गलत दिखाई नहीं दे रहा।
12. The Wire- Two Kashmiri students were suspended while one was rusticated by Uttarakhand colleges following the Pulwama strike. One of them had posted a photograph of a militant affliated with Hizbul Mujahideen, Shoaib Lone, who was killed in an encounter between militants and security forces with the message: “Allah aapki shahadat qabool kare (May Allah accept your martyrdom).”
Another student, pursuing B.Sc. Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology at Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University was suspended for posting a message calling celebrations after the Pulwama attack.
सच- यहां भी द वायर एक छात्र की पोल खुद ही खोल रहा है। साथ में उसी को पीड़ित भी वो रहा है। दूसरे छात्र की सच्चाई नीचे देखिए, पीड़ित खुद माफी मांग रहा है।
13. The Wire- In many places, the students were so scared of the threats that they even shaved their beards to avoid being targeted. In Ambala, Aaqib, a student of Maharishi Markandeshwar University shaved his beard after one other student was assaulted in Mullana.
सच- इस रिपोर्ट में घटनाओं की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए एक ही घटना का ये दूसरी बार जिक्र है। यहां पर अपनी मर्जी से दाढ़ी कटवाने वालों को भी पीड़ित बताया जा रहा। ध्यान रहे किसी ने दाढ़ी कटाने के धमकी नहीं दी थी।
14. The Wire- A Kashmiri student was suspended by Swami Devi Dyal College in Barwala, Chandigarh for allegedly stating in his WhatsApp status “Jaish the best…more to come”.
सच- द वायर खुद रिपोर्ट कर रहा कि कथित पीड़ित खुलेआम और हमलों की धमकी दे रहा है। फिर भी वायर को इसमें पीड़ित दिखाई दे रहा है। धन्य है..
15. The Wire- A Noida hotel put up a sign which read ‘Kashmiris not allowed’. The property belonged to Navnirman Sena chief Amit Jani. Though the poster was later removed, Jani said the “policy will continue”. Following the controversy OYO Rooms terminated its contract with the hotel.
सच- एक होटल मालिक ने गलत एक पोस्टर लगाया। उस पर कार्रवाई भी हुई, उसने पोस्टर हटा भी लिया। लेकिन ये समझ नहीं आया कि इस घटना में कोई कश्मीरी छात्र पीड़ित कैसे हो गया। इस पूरी घटना में शामिल हुए बिना। देश विरोधी स्टेट्स डालने पर भी पीड़ित और दूर कहीं किसी ने कोई रैंडम पोस्टर लगा दिया तो वहां उस घटना में शामिल हुए बिना भी कश्मीरी छात्र पीड़ित। गजब लॉजिक है।
16. The Wire- A journalist from Jammu and Kashmir, Jibran Nazir, was beaten up by two men in Pune. The accused alleged told him that they would “send him back to Kashmir”.
सच- ये एक रोड़-रेज की घटना थी। सिग्नल पर दो बाइक सवारों में हॉर्न बजाने को लेकर बहस हुई। मामला थाने पहुंचा। जिसमें कथित पीड़ित जिब्रान ने बाद में साफ भी कर दिया कि थाने में आरोपी अजहरूदीन द्वारा माफी मांगने के बाद मामला सुलझ गया था। सच सामने आ चुका है, लेकिन द वायर अभी भी इस झूठ को प्रोपगैंडा बनाकर दिखा रहा है।
